Personal sessions in which we create awareness of the body, the energies within and surrounding us. Tapping into sensitive energetic spots, sensuality, longings and hurt. With movement we work through these energies to get to know them better, therewith get to know ourselves better and see, heal or release them. Tools used during these sessions are breath, body movement and sound/music. Specific topics could also be addressed during these sessions, working together towards your goals with your body movement and its energies. The sessions could take place in the studio or if preferred, its possible in home settings. Before creating a personal plan with the Shakti dancing sessions, a get-to-know call will be scheduled.
