- The group will be divided according to the age of the students, decided by the teacher.
- Be on time, but not more then 10mins before start of class.
- Don’t wear big jewelery during class and tie your hair.
- Gum, food and drinks, other than water are not allowed in class.
- Passion N Dance cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to properties of students.
- Beyond the students’ classes, Passion N Dance is not responsible for the students.
- In case of illness, a substitute teacher will be arranged. If not possible, class will be cancelled and a new date for this class will be set.
- The classes have a minimum of 4 students. In case of less then 4 students, class will be cancelled but not overtaken.
- There will not be a refund if in case of force majeure a class has to be cancelled.
- All classes are taught without parental supervision. Only at the first try out, parents may watch a few minutes at the beginning/ending of class. There will be arranged classes where parents/relatives, may come to class to watch the students. These dates will be communicated in advance via email.
- Subscribing for fort he classes is accepting the payment conditions of Passion N Dance. In case of unsubscribing in between a season or set of classes, the remaining of the subscription will not be refunded.
- Subscribing for the classes is approving that pictures or video’s could be made in class, activities or performances. These could be published on the website or social media for promotional purposes. It is possible to object this by informing Passion N Dance via email.
